Betty'S Hamburger Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. wide noodles
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oleo.
    Add salt and tomato sauce. Turn off heat; cook noodles and drain.
    Put noodles in a bowl and add cottage cheese, softened cream cheese and poppy seed.
    In a small pan cook peppers and onion in remaining oleo.
    Add to noodle mixture and stir.
    Put all of noodle mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread.
    Pour meat mixture over noodles and spread.
    Bake 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6.
