Bay Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bay leaves or seasoning of choice
3 Tbsp. butter (real butter makes the difference!)
about 6 potatoes (uncooked), cut into chunks
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Break bay leaves into roasting pan and melt with butter in oven.
Toss chunks of potatoes in mixture. Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are crisp and browned.
