Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil or pressure cook chicken until tender.
    Pull chicken from bones.
    Place in a 13 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Mix soup with sour cream.
    Spread on top of chicken.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Slice margarine on top.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
