Cheese And Spinach Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. Parmesan
    1/2 c. Blue cheese salad dressing
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. Cheddar, grated
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach and onion.
    Combine, cover and chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and chill until serving or can be frozen at this point.
    Place chilled or frozen balls on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown (chilled 10 to 12 minutes, frozen 12 to 15 minutes).
