Sue'S Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. pureed prunes (can use junior or baby prunes)
1 c. salad oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 12-cup bundt pan-set aside.
In mixer bowl, combine all cake ingredients except walnuts.
Beat at low speed until all ingredients are moistened.
Increase speed to medium.
Continue beating until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cool cake in pan for 20 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack.
