Chunky Chocolate Chip, Nut Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 cups butter-flavored Crisco sticks
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups raisins (optional)
3 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1 lb. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In large bowl, mix everything except raisins, nuts and chips. Now add raisins, nuts and chips.
Place cookies on ungreased tin. Preheat oven to 375.
Bake cookies 9 to 11 minutes.
Remove from tins and cool.
Makes 10 dozen cookies.
