Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tart apples sliced, peeled (about 4 med.)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking dish.
Place apple slices in pan.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 30 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Serve warm, and if desired, with vanilla ice milk, vanilla yogurt, or yogurt dessert sauce.
Makes 4-6 servings.
(double recipe - use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish).
