Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. margarine
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream the sugars, oil and margarine together.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add vanilla, lemon extract and dry ingredients; mix well.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Shape dough into small balls.
    Wet bottom of glass; dip in sugar and press balls down.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet until brown, about 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
