Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Morningstar Farms Scramblers
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
12 c. romaine lettuce, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces
1 c. croutons
8 anchovy fillets, optional
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste, optional
Preparation

Using a food processor fitted with metal blade or a wire whisk, combine garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Scramblers, lemon juice, wine vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
Combine until smooth.
