Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. fructose sweetener
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
3 bananas, sliced
1 regular size can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
Cool Whip
nuts
1 box vanilla sugar-free pudding
Chocolate Sauce
sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix sugar-free pudding according to directions.
Let set. Spoon all of pudding between the 2 layers of cake.
Top with Chocolate Sauce and sliced almonds.
