Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    3 or 4 slices white bread
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 oz. oleo
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil for 1/2 hour.
    Cut or slice potatoes and place them into a baking dish.
    Break bread into small pieces and place on top of potatoes.
    Add all remaining ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
