Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add milk and yeast.
    Stir with fork.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    This mixture will keep in refrigerator for about 1 week.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes.
