Low-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Promise fat-free margarine
    3 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c. sugar and 18 packets Sweet 'N Low
    4 Egg Beaters (1 c.)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Pour into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Serve with Dream Whip.
