Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 strips bacon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except bacon. Shape into loaf. Lay bacon strips across top of loaf. Bake at
    375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with roasted potatoes.
