Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pork or chicken
2 c. shrimp
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. water chestnuts
1 (18 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 small egg
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation

One recipe makes 18 egg rolls, 2 makes 36 or 4 makes 72.
Just as easy to make a big batch and freeze cooked egg rolls for later.
