Finger Food Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini (4 to 6-inch squash)
    1 onion, chopped
    garlic, minced
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
    Serve hot or cold.
