Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (6 oz. can)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Top with marshmallows.
    Broil until marshmallows are lightly browned.
    (Be careful, marshmallows brown in seconds.)
