Genoese Chicken And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 bunch celery
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium can whole tomatoes
    1 medium jar stuffed green olives
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Use a little oil to brown washed and cut up chicken.
    Add chopped garlic and continue to brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Wash and cut celery into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Add celery, shredded tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and olives (liquid also).
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with boiled rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
