Buttered Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    bacon bits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut each one in six slices.
    Dry with paper towel.
    Coat in 1/4 cup butter in 2-quart baking dish.
    Add salt, pepper and bacon bits.
    Bake, covered, in single layer 20 minutes. Uncover.
    Baste again and bake 30 minutes.
