Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped white onion
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir to blend. Spoon into Mason jar.
Tighten and keep refrigerated.
