Carrots In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced carrots
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened orange juice
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer until barely tender.
Uncover and simmer until liquid evaporates.
Serves 6.
