Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
