Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
yellow food coloring

Preparation

Pour over hot crust and then bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and then sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
