Simple Apple Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-medium apples (Use the Granny Smith's green) peeled and quartered
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Peel apples and cut them into quarters (or smaller). In small pot combine apples, water, and sugar. Put heat on low and simmer mixture for about 1/2 hour. With a masher or fork, mash apples to form applesauce. Cinnamon can be added to taste.
