Oven-Crisp Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, sliced (with jackets, optional)
    1 tsp. oil
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and place in a plastic bag (two at a time) with the Lipton soup mix and oil.
    Shake to coat potatoes.
    Place in baking dish or uncovered pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Should be crisp.
    Serves 6.
