Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. drained pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Mix in pineapple and pecans and fold into ice cream until dissolved. Pour into a large mold or several small ones.
    Set in refrigerator to congeal.
