Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. oleo
2 small onions, diced
2 qt. cold water
1 pt. milk or half and half
6 bouillon cubes (chicken)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lb. chopped broccoli
cornstarch as desired
Preparation

Saute onions in oleo until tender; add water, broccoli, cubes and milk.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Add cheese and cook for a few minutes.
Bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch mixed in water.
