Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    9 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Bring margarine, light corn syrup, brown sugar and salt to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour mixture over 9 quarts of popped corn.
    Bake mixture in large buttered roaster at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
