1000 Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Heinz chili sauce
1 large hard-boiled egg, mashed
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
dash of Tabasco

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate.
Serve on hearts of lettuce.
