Fried Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. plain flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten in milk
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Put in refrigerator until cold.
    Pinch out enough for each pie and roll on floured sheet.
    Cut by a saucer, before adding fruit (apples and peaches).
    Cook in greased hot skillet.
