Strawberry-Lemon Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for a 10-inch tart pan
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. sliced, fresh strawberries
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
    3/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted
Preparation
    Prepare pastry for 10-inch tart pan.
    Roll to a 12-inch circle and place in tart pan that has a removable bottom.
    Prick the pastry and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool.
