Lemon Chicken For The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chickens, halved
2 c. salad oil
1 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 medium onions, chopped
4 tsp. dried basil
3 tsp. dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Place chicken in a large mixing bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Cook chicken over medium heat on outdoor grill for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste with marinade every 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
