Crispy Potato Hamburger Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. corn or wheat flakes
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. hamburger
1 egg
fat for frying
Preparation

Shred potatoes; add remaining ingredients except fat and mix thoroughly.
Makes 8 (3-inch) cakes.
Fry slowly in shallow fat.
