Escalloped Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. each fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add flour and cook on medium 2 minutes.
    Remove and stir in milk. Cook until thick.
    Add cheese and stir. Add salt to taste.
    Combine vegetables and sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
