Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (1-inch thick round steak may be used)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 can (1 1/4 c.) beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    hot fluffed rice
    3 green peppers
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips 3 inches long.
    Wash, quarter and remove seeds; cut 1/2 strips.
    Heat oil in skillet; lightly brown meat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Add green peppers, celery and onions, stirring.
    Prevent sticking.
    Add beef broth and cook, covered, over low heat 5 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce together and add to meat mixture until sauce thickens.
    Serve over hot rice.
