Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. grated carrots (1 lb.)
Preparation

Beat oil with sugar.
Blend in beaten eggs.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture.
Add nuts and carrots, small amount at a time.
Blend well.
Bake in three greased pans or 10-inch tube pan or sheet pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on thickness of pan.
