Lily Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 jar jam
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Soften and cream together the cream cheese and butter.
    Add the flour; mix well.
    Roll out on wax paper; cut with a 2-inch round cookie cutter.
    Roll rounds into cornucopia shape.
    Press gently; shape like a lily.
    Fill open part with jam; place cookies on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
    Cool; drench pointed end in sugar.
    Best with pineapple jam.
