Country Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. Wesson vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked green beans
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
2 c. cooked sliced carrots
Preparation

Brown meat and onions in Wesson oil.
When brown, pour off oil. Place in casserole (3-quart), salt and pepper (mix into meat). Pour 1 can of tomato sauce over meat.
Arrange beans and carrots over meat.
Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole.
Pour other can of tomato sauce over.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1/2 hour or until potatoes are browned.
