Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. crushed pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Soften cheese.
    Mix all ingredients; chill overnight.
    Roll into 1 or 2 balls.
    Roll in crushed pecans.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
