Cream Soup Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. instant dry milk powder
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. low-sodium chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Store in an airtight container.
Yield 3 cups mix.
Diabetic exchanges: 1/3 cup of mix equals 1 skim milk, 1 starch, also 149 calories, 168 mg sodium, 5 mg cholesterol, 25 mg carbohydrate, 10 gr protein, 1 gm fat.
