Bacon-Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. imitation bacon pieces
about 60 round butter crackers
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, egg yolk and onion in large bowl.
Beat well until smooth and blended.
Stir in baking powder and bacon pieces.
(Mixture may be covered and stored in refrigerator until ready to use.)
Place crackers on paper plate and top each cracker with 1/2 teaspoon mound of cheese mixture.
For 6 crackers, heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Serve hot.
