Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef, cubed and trimmed well
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small bay leaf
3/4 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 large chopped onions
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
pinch of cumin
pinch of oregano
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat.
Add and mix the remaining ingredients.
Toss all into crock-pot.
Cook on low approximately 8 hours.
