Sherried Creamed Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 small onions
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup blanched almonds
1/4 cup sherry wine
Preparation

Peel onions, cut into thick slices.
Melt oleo; add onions and salt, cover and cook until tender.
(Approximately 20 minutes.)
