Ruthie'S Beef In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin cubes
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. dry sherry
    1 c. baby carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Mix soup, soup mix, mushrooms and sherry.
    Pour over cubes in large (2-quart) casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or longer at lower temperature.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
