Make Ahead Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 c. diced celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. raw frozen peas
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 medium purple onion, sliced
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    cauliflower florets
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer first 8 ingredients in above order.
    Add sugar to mayonnaise and frost top of salad.
    Top with cheese and seal with plastic wrap.
    Chill at least 12 hours.
    Toss before serving. Great with ham or turkey.
