Pork-Curry Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sandwich spread
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped pork or chicken
    1/3 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    2 large pita bread or 8 slices bread
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together the sandwich spread and curry powder.
    Stir in the finely chopped pork or chicken, carrot, coconut and green pepper.
    Mix well.
