Nugget Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
After cooling, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
