Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chopped green chiles or 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/4 tsp. dried-leaf oregano
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop stewed tomatoes and combine all ingredients until well blended. Place in an airtight container. Refrigerate sauce up to 7 days. Serving: 1 cup.
