Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
    1 stick oleo
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn and liquid
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add creamed corn, whole kernel corn (with liquid), corn muffin mix and eggs.
    Pour in a large casserole.
    Dot top with sour cream and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
