Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Add flour and meal.
    Gradually add milk, margarine, lemon juice and rind.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
